Reliability Engineer 2015-present
• Implemented and compile Non-Conformance Reports within the company on an as-needed basis
• Lead the Material Review Board, discussing previously identified non-conformances and their respective actions
• Prepare and complete experiments on individual solid oxide cells, to determine quality and impact of unique changes
• Accommodate testing schedules with Production staff to determine quality of new materials, both internally produced and those from vendors
• Coordinate tasks across Production, Engineering and Management to ensure complete, accurate, on-time delivery of product
• Estimate Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and System Availability for multiple product lines, broken out by individual unit types, fuel types and certification status
• Inspect and package final product before shipping to customers
• Investigated each unit’s performance on a roughly every-other week basis for anomalous behavior, in support of the Field Service group
• Sorted cells from the field and test lab for analysis of quality based on Historical Run Hours and Production Week to facilitate usage in long term analyses
• Created the test sheets, with direct traceability back to CSA Standard FC-1
• Assisted with testing to achieve CSA certification on six units in September 2016 (File Number 266936)

Part of a small, multidisciplinary team within the Power Group, focusing on various projects
• Developed and drafted control schemes using SAMA, ISA, and continuous (PID) and discrete applications
