Researched and specified the IUID equipment (Dot Peen Marker and lasers) and other methods that would allow a reliable, consistent marking, and compatibility with Tinker’s production environment (ARINC & Booz Allen).
Provided Repair and Preventive Maintenance to 23 laser and direct part marking machines reducing downtime to less than 5% monthly (Booz Allen).
Trained 238 individuals to operate laser and direct part marking equipment (Booz Allen).
Performed as team leader for three Analysts and as a Chair/ Co-Chair person for the integrated process team meetings (IPT) at Tinker AFB (Dynamic Research Corporation DRC).
Provided engineering support to Tinker’s part/process Validation and Verification development engineers (DRC).
Designed and documented plasma coating masks for resurfacing worn jet engine parts.
Researched part repair process, designed and documented custom tooling for GE and P&W jet engines in order to support the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul process (MRO) led by PMXG/QP at Tinker AFB (ARINC).
3D scanned Jet Turbine Blades to create 3D models for supporting the design of holding fixtures used in marking, repairing and inspection process.
Modified KC-135 fuselage structure to integrate a high speed communication system (ARINC).
Reverse-engineered, rapid-prototyped, re-designed, documented and procured replacements for tooling, fixtures, jigs and inspection aids built by shop personnel at Tinker AFB. Also, reverse-engineered and re-built unsupported OEM TF-33 Test Engine Stand for Tinker’s Engine Test Facilities (ARINC).
